Krizsán has developed a unique technique that transfers the richness of color and artistic depth—once exclusive to oil painting—onto glass. His innovation bridges the gap between academic painting and functional glass, opening new possibilities for both disciplines.

Since 2004, he has been refining a process inspired by traditional oil painting, adapted specifically for glass. His glass mural works originate from original oil paintings and are meticulously built up by hand, layer by layer. This method preserves and conveys the visual intensity and expressive power of true oil painting.

Through the use of layered coatings, translucent colors, and reflective and diffractive elements, the medium achieves a remarkably broad spectrum of visual effects—far exceeding those of previously explored painting surfaces.

Krizsán structures his compositions by placing colors in successive layers, creating a pronounced sense of depth and dimensionality.

At the same time, the glass itself is engineered to meet the highest technological standards, ensuring both quality and safety while complying with the demands of contemporary and historical architecture.
